2 | packages of 16 oz Borden® Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese or Borden® Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (can mix), grated |
1 cup | chicken broth or white wine |
2 tbsp. | apple cider or lemon juice (optional) |

GRATE
cheddar cheese using a box grater and set aside.

LIGHTLY BOIL
chicken broth and whisk in cornstarch.

WHISK
in grated cheese slowly and little by little, smoothing the sauce out each time you add cheese.

from heat and serve immediately to enjoy!
