3 8-oz blocks | Borden® Cheese - Mild Cheddar, Colby And Monterey Jack, and either Sharp White Cheddar or Monterey Jack |
Assorted small peppers | Red, green and yellow bell pepper plus mini sweet peppers |
12 sticks | Borden® String Cheese |
Assorted fruit | Blackberries, green apple, blueberries |
Assorted Crackers | Like Ritz and Cheez-Its |
20-30 slices | Hormel Pepperoni (stacked) |
10-15 | Old Dutch Pretzel Rods |
Assorted festive cookie cutters | Ghosts, scaredy cats, pumpkins, etc. |

Gather and place assorted crackers
Place 1-2 cups Cheez Its in a bowl, set aside. Place 10-12 pretzel rods in a glass, set aside. Assemble Ritz crackers on a large cutting board/charcuterie board.

Slice Borden® cheese
Using a cheese cutter or sharp knife (parents only) cut cheese into slices with as much surface area ss you can get for shape-cutting

Cut shapes into cheese and place
This is the focal point of the board - cut as much as you think your party or family will eat. Tip: Use wax paper on the counter so the cheese doesn't stick.

Cut fingernail shapes into peppers and place
Arrange a the top of each string cheese and set into nice stack in your selected corner of the board.

Slice apples and arrange fruit and place
Set fruit around crackers and cheese. Tip: Fruit goes well in the center together as to not make any crackers or cheese 'wet'

Optional:
Add cake decorating sprinkes/eyes to mini sweet peppers and arrange

Serve immediately
