Take your day after Thanksgiving turkey sandwich to a new level.
|2 tsp.||softened butter|
|2 slices||whole-grain bread|
|2 slices||Borden® Cheese sharp cheddar|
|3 oz.||sliced leftover turkey|
|2 tbsp.||cranberry relish|
BUTTER one side of each slice of bread with 1 teaspoon butter. Place butter side down on a cutting board. Top 1 slice with 1 Borden Sharp Cheddar Slice, turkey, relish and the remaining slice of cheese. Place the second slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the sandwich.
HEAT a medium non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
PLACE the sandwich, into the pan and cook until bread is golden and crisp, and cheese is beginning to melt, about 3 minutes.
FLIP the sandwich carefully and continue cooking until the bottom has browned and the sandwich is heated through, about 3 more minutes.
