Ultimate club panini

A sandwich doesn’t become great until it hits panini status. Here’s our recipe for an unforgettable melty version of the club sandwich using Borden Swiss and Borden Cheddar slices!

Ingredients
2 pieces sliced sourdough bread
1 tbsp butter, softened for easy spreading
1/2 tsp chipotle mayo
4 slices deli turkey
4 slices deli ham
4 slices Borden® Cheddar and Swiss cheese (2 each)
5 small spinach leaves
2 slices crispy bacon, cooked (can be cold/leftover)
1 pickle, garnish

SPREAD mayonnaise on one side of bread

TOP spread with spinach, deli meat, cheese, and bacon

GREASE a sandwich press with butter -- or use grill pan and hand-held panini press

COOK sandwich in press for 3 minutes, or 1.5 minutes each side in pan

SERVE halved with pickle (and chips, if desired)
