Grilled monterey CHICKEN

This recipe comes together in a flash for an easy and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients
6 boneless chicken breasts
½ cup BBQ sauce
6 slices Borden® Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
4-6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
To taste diced green onion (optional)

PREHEAT grill on high

POUND chicken breasts until approximately 1/2 thick.

GRILL chicken breasts for 6 minutes with lid closed.

FLIP chicken and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature of meat reaches 165˚ Fahrenheit. Adjust temperature of grill to low.

TOP each cooked chicken breast with a dollop of BBQ sauce then cover with Borden Cheddar and Monterey Jack Slices and cooked bacon crumbles.

CLOSE lid for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

GARNISH with diced green onion (optional) and enjoy!
