This recipe comes together in a flash for an easy and satisfying dinner.
|6||boneless chicken breasts|
|½ cup||BBQ sauce|
|6 slices||Borden® Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese|
|4-6 slices||cooked bacon, crumbled|
|To taste||diced green onion (optional)|
PREHEAT grill on high
POUND chicken breasts until approximately 1/2 thick.
GRILL chicken breasts for 6 minutes with lid closed.
FLIP chicken and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature of meat reaches 165˚ Fahrenheit. Adjust temperature of grill to low.
TOP each cooked chicken breast with a dollop of BBQ sauce then cover with Borden Cheddar and Monterey Jack Slices and cooked bacon crumbles.
CLOSE lid for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
GARNISH with diced green onion (optional) and enjoy!
