Ingredients
2 cups Borden® Cheese - Mild Cheddar (1 cup) Monterey Jack (1 cup)
1 bag tortilla Chips
1 can back beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup guacamole
1 small red onion, diced
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 cup sliced black olives

PREHEAT your oven to 350 degrees

SPREAD half the tortilla chips evenly onto a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish.

SPRNKLE with half the Borden Mild Cheddar Cheese and half the Borden Monterey Jack Cheese over the chips.

LAYER Layer half the black beans --as well as half of any of the other toppings

BAKE for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly

REMOVE from the overn slide onto a large plate.

DRIZZLE sour cream and salsa over the top. Place guacamole on the top center, and serve and enjoy
