Buffalo Chicken Dip

Made with tender pieces of chicken in a creamy hot sauce and Borden® Cheese Chipotle Cheddar Chunks, this flavorful and zesty dip is sure to be a hit!

Ingredients
celery
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
½ cup ranch dressing
3 tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce (red hot sauce)
1-½ cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup shredded Borden® Cheese Chipotle Cheddar Chunk
1 tbsp. chopped parsley, optional celery sticks and/or corn chips

PREHEAT oven to 350° F (175° C).

MIX cream cheese, ranch dressing and cayenne pepper sauce. Stir in chicken. Spread into 9-inch pie plate or shallow baking dish.

BAKE 15 minutes; remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.

SERVE with celery sticks and/or corn chips.
