|1/2 cup||Borden® Mild Cheddar cheese, shredded|
|1 tsp.||grainy mustard|
MELT the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
ADD the flour stirring constantly and cook for about 1 minute. Add the milk, a little at a time. Once about half of the milk has been added, add the remaining milk, and stir until the mixture is smooth.
BRING it to a simmer, lower the heat and cook, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes more or until the mixture thickens.
ADD the cheese and mustard and stir until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
