UNWRAP
each slice of cheese. Fold in half and then in half again to form squares.

DIVIDE
the ground beef into 6 equal-size pieces. Then divide each piece in half and flatten into a 4-inch wide circle. Place the cheese in the center of the circle and top with another circle of beef. Press the edges together to seal in the cheese.

HEAT
gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

PLACE
patties onto grill. Grill 6 minutes. Turn burgers; continue grilling 4-5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F or to desired doneness.

on top of lettuce then layer with a tomato slice, an onion slice, and another lettuce leaf.
