| 2 slices | whole wheat bread |
| 2 slices | Borden® Mozzarella Cheese |
| 2 tsp. | butter or margarine, softened |
| 1 cup | marinara sauce OR cup of tomato soup |
| 1 tbsp | chopped basil leaves |

HEAT
a skillet over medium heat until hot.

SPREAD
1 side of each bread slice with butter. Place 1 slice, butter side down in the skillet. Top with mozzarella cheese slices and remaining bread slice, butter side up.

COOK
3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides. Cut sandwich in to 4 strips, then cut each strip in half.

SIMMER
marinara sauce or tomato soup over the stove until desired temperature

with loosely chopped basil leaves, then serve
