Ingredients
8 oz. manicotti shells
1 lb. ground Italian Sausage
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
24 oz marinara sauce
6 pieces of Borden String Cheese
1 ½ cups Borden® Mozzarella Shreds
1 tbs parsley for garnish
1 tbs Borden® grated parmesan

BOIL manicotti according to package directions in salted water.

MEANWHILE cook Italian sausage and onion over medium heat in a large skillet until sausage is cooked and onion is tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute longer. Drain sausage, and stir in marinara sauce. Add spinach to the mixture. Spread half of the meat sauce into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

STUFF each manicotti shell with a piece of string cheese and arrange manicotti over meat sauce. Top with remaining meat sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

UNCOVER and sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese and bake for 5 minutes more, or until the cheese is melted.

FINISH with Borden® Grated Parmesan Cheese and garnish with parsley.
