| 8 slices | crusty sourdough bread |
| 16 slices | Borden® American Melts or Borden® American Singles |
| 8 slices | beefsteak tomato |
| 8 slices | smoked ham |
| 8 slices | bacon, cooked crisp |

COMBINE
the butter, garlic and Italian seasoning in a small bowl and blend well.

SPREAD
a thin layer of garlic butter on 1 side of 4 slices of bread, and place the bread butter side down on a cutting board.

TOP
each slice with 2 slices of American cheese, 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of bacon, 2 more slices of cheese and another slice of bread.

SPREAD
the tops of the sandwiches with the remaining garlic butter.

HEAT
a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Place the 4 sandwiches in the skillet and cook covered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until the bread browns. Turn over and cook for another 2 minutes or until the bread browns and the cheese has melted.
