| 1 cup | chili |
| 4 slices | Borden® Extra Sharp Cheddar Melts or American Melts |

PREHEAT
grill to medium heat (375–400°F). See below if using an oven instead.

GRILL
hot dogs, turning occasionally, until heated through and lightly charred, about 5–7 minutes.

WARM
chili in a small grill or microwave-safe dish until heated through.

PLACE
hot dogs in buns on a piece of foil or grill-safe tray.

SPOON
chili over each and top with Borden Extra Sharp Cheddar Melts.

CLOSE
grill lid and heat 2 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.

SERVE
warm with any additional toppings -- like pickled jalapeños, finely diced red onion, Borden® Sharp Cheddar Finely Shredded Cheese, corn chips

OPTIONAL - OVEN DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place hot dogs in buns and arrange in a baking dish.
3. Spoon chili evenly over each hot dog.
4. Bake 10-15 minutes, until heated through.
5. Top with Borden Extra Sharp Cheddar Melts and any additional toppings.
6. Bake for an additional 3 minutes, until cheese is melted.
7. Serve hot.
