MAKE
the dough: In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy. Stir in olive oil. Combine wet + dry ingredients, knead until smooth (8–10 minutes). Let dough rise 1 hour, covered.

the pizza. Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll dough into a 12–14" circle and place on a pizza stone or baking sheet.

the pizza. Spread pizza sauce evenly. Sprinkle generously with Borden® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
