Ingredients
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 cups Borden® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (or mix Mozzarella + Mild Cheddar for extra flavor)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110°F)
1 cup pizza sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
Optional: fresh basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, Borden® Grated Parmesan

MAKE the dough: In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy. Stir in olive oil. Combine wet + dry ingredients, knead until smooth (8–10 minutes). Let dough rise 1 hour, covered.

SHAPE the pizza. Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll dough into a 12–14" circle and place on a pizza stone or baking sheet.

TOP the pizza. Spread pizza sauce evenly. Sprinkle generously with Borden® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

BAKE 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
