Easy enough for a weeknight side but also special enough for a holiday dinner.

Ingredients
1½ lbs green beans, fresh, trimmed
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
t tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
⅔ cup Borden® Cheese Finely Shredded Aged Parmesan Shreds
2 bacon slices, cooked and chopped

PREHEAT oven to 400°F.

COMBINE green beans, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, tossing to coat. Spread in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE in preheated oven until green beans are tender, 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

SPRINKLE green beans with Parmesan, and continue to bake until Parmesan has warmed, about 1 minute.

REMOVE from oven, and top with chopped bacon. Serve immediately.
