| 1/3 cup | fried onion strings |
| 2 tbsp | barbecue sauce |
| 1 tbsp | butter |

BUTTER
each slice of bread on one side.

PLACE
cheese and onions on non-buttered side of bread.

SPREAD
barbecue sauce on top slice and cover sandwich.

HEAT
skillet and place sandwich butter side down on sandwich.

GRILL
for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and toast other side until cheese is melted.

from skillet, slice in half and enjoy.
