| BREAD INGREDIENTS: | |
| 1 | large egg |
| ½ cup | Borden® 2% Milk Mozzarella Shreds |
| ½ cup | Borden® Sharp Cheddar Shreds |
| 2 tbsp | Borden® Finely Shredded Aged Parmesan Shreds |
| REMAINING INGREDIENTS: | |
| 1 slice | Borden® American Cheese Melts |
| 2 slices | Borden® Mild Cheddar Slices |
| 1 tbsp | butter |

MIX
all “bread” ingredients together until well blended.

SPRAY
mini waffle maker with cooking spray until well coated.

POUR
in batter. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium to high heat.

REMOVE
finished bread/waffle from maker.

| 5 |
BUTTER
one side of each waffle.

| 6 |
ADD
cheese to top of one waffle (non-buttered side) and top with second waffle (non-buttered side).

GRILL
butter side down on skillet for 2-3 minutes and flip to the other side until cheese melted.

REMOVE
from skillet and enjoy.
