½ cup | sliced red bell pepper |
1 cup | spinach leaves |
4 TBSP | honey mustard, plus extra for dipping |

LAY
Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface.

PLACE
1 slice of Jalapeno Jack Cheese in the center.

ADD
Add a 2 ounce portion of turkey, ¼ cup spinach leaves, ⅛ cup red pepper slices on top of the cheese.

DRIZZLE
with mustard

FOLD
in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.

GRILL
in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden and the cheese starts to melt.
