| 8 oz. | manicotti shells |
| 1 lb. | ground Italian Sausage |
| 1 | small onion, chopped |
| 2 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 3/4 cup | frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out |
| 24 oz | marinara sauce |
| 6 | pieces of Borden String Cheese |
| 1 ½ cups | Borden® Mozzarella Shreds |
| 1 tbs | parsley for garnish |
| 1 tbs | Borden® grated parmesan |

BOIL
manicotti according to package directions in salted water.

MEANWHILE
cook Italian sausage and onion over medium heat in a large skillet until sausage is cooked and onion is tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute longer. Drain sausage, and stir in marinara sauce. Add spinach to the mixture. Spread half of the meat sauce into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

STUFF
each manicotti shell with a piece of string cheese and arrange manicotti over meat sauce. Top with remaining meat sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

UNCOVER
and sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese and bake for 5 minutes more, or until the cheese is melted.

with Borden® Grated Parmesan Cheese and garnish with parsley.
