the bread: Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil. Bake at 400°F for 5–6 minutes until golden and crisp

with cheese - each toast gets half a slice of Borden® Melts Mozzarella. Double up if you're daring. Return to oven for 2–3 minutes, just until melted and gooey.

a tomato slice, a fresh basil leaf, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
