COMBINE
the turkey, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl

DIVIDE
the meat into 4 balls and flatten into patties

LEAVE
a dimple on the burgers to keep them from swelling when cooked (with your thumb)

PREPARE
the grill for medium-high heat, 450º to 500º F.

TOAST
the buns, cut side down, over direct heat until marked, about 1 minute.

GRILL
the burgers over direct heat until cooked through, flipping once, about 8–10 minutes.

each burger with a slice of cheese during the last minute of cooking.
