Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp black pepper
4 slices slices Borden Colby & Monterey Jack
4 hamburger buns
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs

COMBINE the turkey, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl

DIVIDE the meat into 4 balls and flatten into patties

LEAVE a dimple on the burgers to keep them from swelling when cooked (with your thumb)

PREPARE the grill for medium-high heat, 450º to 500º F.

TOAST the buns, cut side down, over direct heat until marked, about 1 minute.

GRILL the burgers over direct heat until cooked through, flipping once, about 8–10 minutes.

TOP each burger with a slice of cheese during the last minute of cooking.

REMOVE the burgers from the grill. Serve on the buns with your favorite condiments.
