Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices Borden Borden® Flavor Sensations Jalapeno Jack Cheese
8 ounces sliced deli turkey
½ cup sliced red bell pepper
1 cup spinach leaves
4 TBSP honey mustard, plus extra for dipping
Optional add-ins: sliced ham, thinly sliced apple, thick-cut bacon

LAY Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface.

PLACE 1 slice of Jalapeno Jack Cheese in the center.

ADD Add a 2 ounce portion of turkey, ¼ cup spinach leaves, ⅛ cup red pepper slices on top of the cheese.

DRIZZLE with mustard

FOLD in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.

GRILL in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden and the cheese starts to melt.

SERVE with honey mustard dipping sauce on the side.
