| 2 slices | Borden® Extra Sharp Cheddar Melts and Borden® American Singles |
| 1 tbsp | butter, softened |

HEAT
skillet or griddle over medium heat.

SPREAD
butter on one side of each slice of bread.

PLACE
cheese on unbuttered side of bread.

TOP
with the other slice of bread with butter facing upward.

PLACE
sandwich on preheated skillet or griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

PRESS
sandwich down gently with a spatula while cooking to melt the cheese better.

REMOVE
from skillet or griddle, slice in half and enjoy.
