| 4 slices | Borden® Mozzarella Melts |

| 1 tsp | Italian seasoning |
| 15-20 slices | pepperoni |
| 3/4 cup | pizza sauce, divided |
| 2 tbsp | butter, softened |
| Optional | red pepper flakes, oregano |

HEAT
skillet over medium heat.

SPREAD
butter on one side of each slice of bread.

SPRINKLE
parmesan and Italian seasoning onto the buttered sides and press lightly.

TURN
bread over and spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce on each slice.

LAYER
cheese and pepperoni on two slices, then top with remaining bread.

until golden, flipping once, and until cheese is melted.
