Ingredients
2 slices bread fortified with protein and fiber (protein and fiber content will vary depending on brand)
2 Borden® Mild Cheddar Slices (5g protein per slice)
1 slice Borden® Mozzarella Melts (4g protein per slice)
5 oz. sliced chicken breast (deli-shaved or thinly carved) (20-25g protein depending on brand)
1 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp non-fat greek yogurt
1 tsp dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder & smoked paprika

MIX all sauce ingredients together until well blended.

BUTTER bread.

LAYER chicken and cheeses on top of bread.

PLACE bread on medium griddle and cook until lightly toasted.

FLIP and cook on the other side.

REMOVE from skillet or griddle, slice in half, drizzle with Powerhouse sauce, and enjoy.
